Breast Enlargement / Breast Implants

Breast enlargement usually involves the placement of an implant beneath the breast tissue, either above or below the muscle.  It is now possible to augment the breast volume without an implant using fat transfer techniques known as lipofilling. Mr Floyd was one of the first people to introduce this exciting new technique in London.
